Our Bunga who is currently undertaking a research scholarship at UNIDROIT, Rome, had the pleasure of visiting the office of Lawal, a fellow member of Globalaw, the same network that Bagus Enrico & Partners is proud to be a member firm of.

She met with Roberto Sparano, Partner at LawaL Legal & Tax Advisory, with whom she has had several insightful discussions on her research focus, real estate tokenisation and its implementation under Indonesian law.

Roberto generously shared his expertise and perspectives, which provided valuable depth to her research. The visit was made even more special by the warm welcome from everyone at Lawal including Andrea Marziale (Partner) and Francesco Solinas (Counsel).

It was a truly enriching exchange of ideas, and a reminder of how collaboration across borders strengthens legal innovation.
